Proporciona encapsulación eficaz de recortes, lo cual ayuda a mantener la integridad del fluido y mejora la estabilidad del pozo en formaciones reactivas. Aplicación Este producto está formulado para: <ul> <li>Mejorar la estabilidad del pozo en formaciones con arcillas y lutitas reactivas.</li> <li>Reducir la dispersión de los recortes perforados, facilitando su extracción y transporte.</li> <li>Mejorar la recuperación del testigo (core) y reducir problemas como bit balling o adherencia de recortes.</li> <li>Operar con moderada generación de viscosidad, lo que reduce la obstrucción de zarandas (screen blinding). Propiedades físicas típicas <ul> <li>Apariencia: Cristales granulados de color blanco a blanquecino.</li> <li>Olor: Sin olor.</li> <li>Solubilidad: Soluble en agua, aunque limitada por la viscosidad del fluido al que se incorpora.</li> <li>pH (solución al 0.2 %): 8.0 – 9.0. La viscosidad del fluido tratado variará según las concentraciones utilizadas; por ello se recomienda realizar pruebas piloto antes del uso en campo.</li> </ul> Tratamiento recomendado AMC COREWELL™ se añade lentamente a razón de 1.5 – 3 kg/m³ (aproximadamente 0.5 – 1.05 lb/bbl) al agua y se deja mezclar entre 20 y 30 minutos para conseguir una dispersión completa. Según el sistema de fluido y condiciones del pozo, puede requerirse hasta 30 minutos adicionales de hidratación para obtener el máximo rendimiento. Aditivos de Perforación AMC
