<p><strong>AMC GROUT 20™</strong> es un material de <strong>abandono y lechada</strong> diseñado para ser mezclado con agua dulce con el objetivo de formar un <strong>tapón semirrígido</strong>. Este tapón se puede utilizar para <strong>tapar perforaciones</strong>, así como para <strong>lechado y rellenado de pozos de agua y pozos de monitoreo</strong>. <span></span></p>
<h3><strong>Aplicación</strong></h3>
<p>AMC GROUT 20™ está formulado para ser aplicado como una mezcla con <strong>20 % de sólidos</strong>.<br />La mezcla obtenida con esa proporción es <strong>bombardeable con la mayoría de equipos de bombeo estándar</strong>.<br />Una vez preparada la mezcla al 20 %, puede <strong>ser bombeada inmediatamente por la perforación a través de una línea tremie</strong>.<br />Para conseguir un desplazamiento óptimo, la lechada debe ser bombeada desde el <strong>fondo hacia la superficie</strong> a través de la línea tremie. <span></span></p>

<h3><strong>Condiciones de uso / Agua</strong></h3>
<p>AMC GROUT 20™ <strong>es sensible a la calidad del agua</strong>.<br />Puede no ser adecuado cuando la <strong>dureza total del agua supera 500 mg/L</strong> y/o cuando el contenido de <strong>cloruros supera 1 500 mg/L</strong>. <p><strong>¿Cómo se aplica?</strong></p>
<ol>
<li><strong>Pre‑hidratación:</strong> Antes de bajar al fondo del pozo, <strong>pre‑hidrata los gránulos durante 5–10</strong><strong> min</strong> en agua dulce o en tu fluido de perforación.</li>
<li><strong>Bombear al lugar de pérdida:</strong> Bombea la mezcla hacia la zona de pérdida de circulación (“thief zone”).</li>
<li><strong>Espera:</strong> La mezcla se <strong>expande rápidamente</strong> para taponar los huecos y las fracturas. En condiciones de agua salina o aguas duras, el tiempo de espera puede incrementarse hasta <strong>≈</strong><strong> 1</strong><strong> hora</strong>.</li>
<li><strong>Repetir si es necesario:</strong> Si no se restablece la circulación, <strong>repite la aplicación</strong> hasta que se recupere.</li>
<li><strong>Aplicación opcional:</strong> También puede verterse directamente en el anillo del pozo cuando el fluido total se ha perdido.</li>
</ol>

Es <strong>fácil de aplicar</strong>, <strong>aceptable ambientalmente</strong> y puede utilizarse incluso cuando hay <strong>recirculación parcial, total o pérdida de retorno de los fluidos</strong>.</p>
<p><strong>Ventajas principales</strong></p>

<p><strong>Aplicación</strong></p>
<p>AMC LIQUID ROD GREASE™ se puede aplicar de las siguientes maneras:</p>
<ul>
<li><strong>Mientras las varillas están dentro del hoyo</strong>, incluso con flujo total o parcial de lodo.</li>
<li><strong>Vertiendo el producto hacia abajo a través del interior de las varillas</strong> después de cada recuperación del tubo interior (<em>inner tube</em>), permitiendo que el lubricante viaje por el conjunto hasta la zona de perforación.</li>
<li><strong>En el anillo de perforación (anulus)</strong> cuando los retornos son inexistentes o mínimos.</li>
</ul>
<p>Tras verter el producto, se recomienda <strong>bombear durante 2 – 3 minutos</strong> para asegurar que el lubricante recorra suficiente longitud de las varillas y evitar que el lubricante se acumule en el tubo interior y manche el testigo.</p>

<p><strong>AMC Bentonite Plug™</strong> es un <strong>sellador basado en bentonita sódica</strong> diseñado para crear <strong>barreras impermeables en perforaciones verticales</strong>. Se usa como material de sellado para el <strong>abandono de hoyos</strong>, <strong>sellos de casing</strong> o <strong>cualquier sello vertical</strong> en un pozo para <strong>prevenir el movimiento de agua hacia arriba o hacia abajo</strong>.</p>
<p>Cuando las partículas se <strong>hidratan en contacto con agua</strong>, la bentonita <strong>aumenta de volumen</strong>, llena vacíos y grietas, y <strong>ejecuta presión contra las superficies internas del pozo</strong> para crear un <strong>sello flexible y de baja permeabilidad</strong>, típicamente estable en menos de una hora.</p>
<p><strong>Ventajas</strong></p>
<ul>
<li><strong>Crea una barrera impermeable</strong> que limita el flujo de agua en la perforación.</li>
<li><strong>Fácil de aplicar</strong> bajando gradualmente los chips a la profundidad deseada.</li>
<li><strong>Económico</strong> en comparación con otros métodos de sellado.</li>
<li>Ayuda a <strong>estabilizar el casing</strong> cuando se usa como sello de revestimiento.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Presentaciones:</strong><br />Disponible en gradaciones <strong>mediana (M)</strong> (¼” – ⅜”) y <strong>gruesa (C)</strong> (⅜” – ¾”) diseñadas según el diámetro del pozo.</p>
<p><strong>Aplicación</strong></p>
<p>Este producto se utiliza para <strong>sellar piezómetros en hoyos de perforación</strong>, creando un sello entre acuíferos para <strong>evitar la migración de agua</strong>. Al absorber agua, el material se <strong>expande para llenar espacios vacíos y generar un sello</strong> firme aunque flexible.</p>
<p>Una vez hidratado, el sello de bentonita puede establecerse <strong>bajo la mayoría de las condiciones operativas en aproximadamente una hora</strong>, dependiendo de la calidad del agua y el tamaño del espacio a sellar.</p>

<p><strong>AMC BENTONITE PELLETS R30™</strong> son <strong>tabletas comprimidas de bentonita sódica altamente expansiva</strong> recubiertas con una <strong>película biodegradable que retrasa la hidratación</strong>, lo que permite que los pellets penetren a mayores profundidades antes de expandirse.</p>
<p>Cuando se colocan correctamente en un pozo, los pellets:</p>
<ul>
<li><strong>Se hidratan al contacto con agua y se expanden</strong> para llenar vacíos.</li>
<li><strong>Ejercen presión contra las superficies internas</strong>, formando un <strong>sello flexible e impermeable</strong> de baja permeabilidad.</li>
<li><strong>Previenen infiltraciones de agua superficial</strong>, protegen acuíferos y pueden ser usados para <strong>sellar o abandonar perforaciones</strong>, así como para <strong>cerrar casing de superficie</strong>.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Aplicación típica</strong></p>
<p>AMC BENTONITE PELLETS R30™ se utiliza para:</p>
<ul>
<li><strong>Sellado de pozos de agua, de monitoreo y piezómetros</strong>, creando barreras impermeables entre acuíferos.</li>
<li><strong>Prevención de contaminación</strong> de agua superficial hacia el interior del pozo.</li>
<li><strong>Relleno o abandono de perforaciones</strong>.</li>
<li><strong>Sellado de casing o revestimientos superficiales</strong>.</li>
</ul>
<p>Para colocarlos en la profundidad deseada, se introduce el producto <strong>lentamente desde la superficie</strong> para evitar puenteo, o bien se canaliza mediante una <strong>línea tremie</strong> cuando es necesario.</p>
<p><strong>Ventajas principales</strong></p>
<ul>
<li><strong>No genera polvo</strong> al añadirse.</li>
<li><strong>Aceptable desde el punto de vista ambiental</strong> (biodegradable).</li>
<li><strong>No requiere equipos de mezcla ni bombeo</strong> — puede verterse directamente en el pozo, incluso a través de agua estancada, sin que se peguen entre sí.</li>
<li><strong>Ayuda a recuperar la circulación de fluido</strong> en zonas problemáticas.</li>
<li><strong>Proporciona un sello permeable flexible e impermeable</strong> en pozos y acueductos.</li>
